Quality Management Process

Cells sampling test
All the cells coming to us will undergo a sampling test before being registered and stock into our warehouse to ensure the quality of the batch.
Cells sorting
Before the cells enter production,we use professional equipment to sort the cells based on internal resistance to ensure the consistency of the cells.
BMS Testing
After the BMS is assembled with the battery pack, we will test the BMS,include charging&discharging,and also communication protocol.
Battery Aging Testing
After each battery is assembled, it will enter the aging room and undergo several charging and discharging tests.
Final Test Report
After the battery finished,there will be a test report which shows all aspects of the technical data,will be printed and together with the package.
